Private Bookings

Cost:

• $275 (up to 10 children)

• +$10 per additional child, up to a maximum of 20 children

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party.

• The remaining balance of your party (total party cost minus $100 deposit) will be collected at the time of the party.

• All items are subject to applicable sales tax.

Schedule:

It’s completely up to you! You have private use of the studio for 2.5 hours. Feel free to tailor the schedule and activities as best suits you.

Please note that setup and teardown must occur within your 2.5 hour time slot. Early arrival and late departures outside of your 2.5 hours will incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes (+ tax).

Need help creating a schedule? Here’s an example for a birthday party:

• 30 minutes for host arrival and setup

• 75 minutes of free play in the Studio

• 30 minutes in the private party area (for cake, food, gifts, etc.)

• 15 minutes for goodbyes and removal of belongings

What’s Included:

• Private and exclusive use of the studio

• Special gift for the birthday child

• Party area w/ tables and chairs for number of specified children

• Limited additional seating for adults

• Extra tables for gifts and food

• Neutral-colored table coverings (feel free to bring your own to put on top of ours that match your theme)

Some rules to keep in mind:

• Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Guests under 18 must have a supervising adult on the premises for the duration of the party.

• No shoes allowed in play area.

• All visitors to the studio (not just those playing) must have a current waiver on file.

• No malicious horseplay or roughhousing allowed.

• No intentional damage to property is allowed.

• Food and drink are permitted, but food setup and display must be kept in the hardwood party area.

• Please only use wall-safe adhesives (like painter's tape) to hang decorations. No tacks, nails, or heavy-duty tapes that could damage the walls or furniture.
