Birthday Parties

Make your child’s special day memorable with a party at The Meadow!

Cost:

  • $275 (up to 8 children)

  • +$10 per additional child, up to a maximum of 20 children

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party.

  • The remainder of the difference in total party cost (total # of children - $100 deposit) will be collected at the time of the party.

Party Schedule:

It’s completely up to you! You have private use of the studio for 2 hours. Feel free to tailor the schedule and activities as best suites you. Need help creating a schedule? Here’s an example:

  • 15 minutes prior to guest arrival for set up

  • 60 minutes of free play in the Studio

  • 30 minutes in the private party area (for cake, food, gifts, etc.)

  • 15 minutes after the end of party for removal of belongings

What’s Included:

  • Private and exclusive use of the studio

  • Special gift for the birthday child

  • Party room w/ tables and chairs for number of specified children

  • Limited additional seating for adults

  • Extra tables for gifts and food

  • Neutral-colored table coverings (feel free to bring your own to put on top of ours that match your theme)

  • Party host(s) to assist with the party

Some rules to keep in mind:

  • Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. The party host assumes responsibility for party guests if their parent/guardian leaves the premises.

  • We are a socks-only facility—no shoes allowed in play area. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if you forget yours.

  • All visitors to the studio (not just those playing) must have a current waiver on file.

  • No malicious horseplay or roughhousing allowed.

  • No intentional damage to property is allowed.

  • No food or drink in play areas.

  • Birthday parties should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure your desired day and time is available.
