Bundles

Important information regarding Bundles as we wrap up operations at The Meadow:

Validity and Redemption:

• Punch cards may be used for Open Play or toward toy purchases through our last day of operation, November 7, 2026.

• After November 7, remaining punches may still be used toward purchases at our liquidation sale.

Refunds:

• Any unused punches remaining on your punch card are eligible for a prorated refund.

• Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of unused punches remaining compared to the original number of punches purchased. For example, if you have 2 of 4 punches remaining (50%), you will receive 50% of the original purchase price (including tax).

• Refunds are processed on our end almost immediately but may take 1-3 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

• Your punch card must be surrendered in order to process your refund.

How to request your refund:

• In person: Bring your physical punch card to the front desk during our remaining Open Play hours or liquidation sale hours. Your remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.

• Online: Email hello@themeadowplaystudio.com or text (706) 521-1245 with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your contact information

  • A clear picture of the punch card.

• All refund requests must be submitted by November 18, 2026. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process refunds for requests made after this date.
